Exchanges and refunds

(You have 14 days) francs from the date of delivery to return the products to La Rochère)

La Rochère is committed to reimbursing you as soon as possible in the following cases:

  1. Package returned unopened: refund for package + any shipping costs
  2. Product returned at the customer's request: refund of product and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  3. Product returned due to company responsibility: refund of the product, shipping costs and return costs.

Return procedure

  1. You send an email to our After-Sales Service: contact.client@larochere.net
    Within the time frame specified by your situation (7 days if the product does not match your choice) and detailing the reasons for your return.
  2. If a return is possible, please return the new items (in perfect condition and with their tags) in their original packaging, securely closed, with the return label ON the package, to the address below, enclosing a copy of your delivery note with the reason for the return.

  3. La Rochère will inform you of the receipt of the package and undertakes to refund the returned items within 30 days from the date of receipt and under the conditions mentioned on this page.
