Exchanges and refunds

(You have 14 days to francs from delivery to return the products to La Rochère)

La Rochère undertakes to reimburse you, as quickly as possible, in the following cases:

  1. Parcel returned without having been opened: parcel reimbursement + possible shipping costs
  2. Product returned at the customer's request: product reimbursement and return costs at the customer's expense
  3. Product returned due to the company's responsibility: reimbursement of the product, shipping costs and return costs.

Procedure to follow for returns

  1. You send an email to our After-Sales Service: contact.client@larochere.net
    Within the time limit set by your situation (7 days if the product does not correspond to your choice) and detailing the reasons for your return.
  2. If returns are possible, please return the new items (in perfect condition and with their label) in their original packaging, well closed, with the return form ON the package, to the address below, attaching a copy of your delivery note with the reason for return.

  3. La Rochère will inform you of receipt of the package and undertakes to reimburse the returned items within 30 days from the date of receipt and under the conditions cited on this page.
