2 deliveries are possible from La Rochère:
- Home delivery by Colissimo, against customer signature, 2 to 5 days
- Parcel relay delivery by Colissimo, 2 to 5 days
These deadlines do not take into account order preparation and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
These deadlines are approximate, not contractual, and linked to the vagaries of our carriers.
If, despite our precautions, these deadlines are not respected, we kindly ask you to contact us
apologize for this and we will do everything we can to deliver to you as soon as possible.

Order receipt
When you receive the order
- check that the number of packages complies with the receipt
- check the condition of the boxes
- listen while shaking gently to identify any possible breakage noise
- open the package and check the good condition of the products
- check the presence of all expected products
Once the receipt check is completed, specify clear and precise reservations on the receipt.
The statement “subject to unpacking” is not admissible.
