Two delivery options are available from La Rochère:

  • Home delivery by Colissimo, with signature required from the customer, 2 to 5 days
  • Delivery to a parcel relay point by Colissimo, 2 to 5 days

These delivery times do not include order preparation and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

These delivery times are approximate, non-contractual, and subject to the vagaries of our carriers.
If, despite our precautions, these deadlines are not met, please let us know.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will do everything we can to deliver to you as soon as possible.

Order receipt

When you receive the order

  • verify that the number of packages matches the receipt
  • check the condition of the boxes
  • Listen while gently shaking to identify any possible breaking noises.
  • Open the package and check that the products are in good condition.
  • check for the presence of all expected products

Once the receiving inspection is complete, clearly and precisely state any reservations on the receipt.

The phrase "subject to unpacking" is not acceptable.
